Laurent Cavrois
Laurent Cavrois is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France) and the Technical School of Civil Engineering in Madrid (Spain). His journey with the VINCI group began in 2006 as the Director of Transport Projects at VINCI Concessions.
Subsequently, in 2010, he took on the role of Operations Director at Lisea, a company responsible for financing, designing, building, and operating a 300 km high-speed railway line in southern France. In 2017, he was appointed CEO of VINCI Highways Peru.
During his time in Peru, Cavrois led the revival of the Lima Expresa megaproject, which has been pivotal for the Peruvian capital. The development and construction of the project were stalled before its acquisition by the VINCI Group.
Among Cavrois's achievements, notable accomplishments include a significant reduction in accidents and a positive environmental footprint for the project, resulting in a 40% reduction in CO2 emissions and a 50% decrease in total water consumption.
