Fabian Lacouture

Fabian is a civil engineer from the Universidad Piloto de Colombia and holds a specialization in Comprehensive Project Management from the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. He has a keen interest in the development of infrastructure projects, particularly in 4G and 5G road concessions, where he has excelled in leading multidisciplinary teams.

With over 15 years of experience, Fabian has been a leader in the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of road infrastructure projects. His expertise extends to road concessions, as well as monitoring and controlling EPC, fixed-price, and turnkey contracts. He began his career in 2010 as a project coordinator at La Macuira and later served as the Director of Planning and Programming at CI GRODCO EN CA Ingenieros. After four years in that role, he joined the Consorcio Infraestructura Engativá as the Deputy Project Director. In 2017, he joined Vía Sumapaz as the Technical Coordinator, and in 2018, he was appointed as the Technical Director of the Concession.

Fabian possesses knowledge in managing interdisciplinary teams, monitoring and controlling KPI indicators, methodologies for project monitoring and control in road concessions, development of in-house project monitoring technology, design monitoring and management, quality control, independent engineering management, and participation in financial closure processes for concessions.
